TECHNICAL SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Description

Coordinate and oversee technical support activities at the service desk; analyze and manage the technology park, comparing it with emerging technologies and suggesting upgrades to ensure system stability; validate and grant network, website, Internet, and email access; create network, Internet, and email user accounts. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the development and maintenance of computerized systems; * Perform maintenance on microcomputers, printers, software, and hardware; * Monitor and control the operational environment of the computer network; * Receive and transmit data; * Provide technical assistance for the installation and use of information technology equipment and software, as well as for the physical relocation of such equipment when required; * Develop operational procedures; * Provide user support; * Ensure the proper preservation, custody, and security of equipment, materials, and the physical space allocated for their use; * Activate and configure network points; * Distribute office IT supplies (printer cartridges, labels, ribbons, wax, toner); * Install and remove the projector in the auditorium or other rooms upon request; * Install, relocate, and configure telephones; * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology; * Prior experience in the role is required. **Additional Information** * Workload: 200 hours per month; * Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour break; * Meals provided on-site; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * 50% discount at partner universities; * Partnership with SESC; * Childcare assistance; **SPDM** — Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina (São Paulo Association for the Development of Medicine) is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility in its headquarters city, respectively by Decrees No. 57,925 dated 03/04/1966, No. 40,103 dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8,911 dated 07/30/1970.
