Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Construction Consultant to provide consultative support in monitoring the implementation of the Food and Nutrition Security HUB, from project analysis through technical supervision of construction execution. Technical Construction Consultant **Project:** Food and Nutrition Security HUB – São Luís (MA) **Work Location:** São Luís (MA) **Contract Model:** Individual Legal Entity (PJ) We seek a **Technical Construction Consultant** to provide consultative support in monitoring the implementation of the Food and Nutrition Security HUB in São Luís (MA), from project analysis and validation through technical supervision of construction execution. This is a **project-based engagement**, where the professional will be engaged as needed for technical analyses, meetings, site visits, and issuance of technical opinions. Key Responsibilities * Analyze and validate architectural and complementary projects; * Support compatibility assessment and evaluation of technical solutions; * Participate in technical meetings and issue opinions; * Conduct technical site visits to monitor construction progress; * Support Ação da Cidadania in evaluating quality, compliance, and progress of construction execution. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**; * **Active registration with CREA**; * Experience in project analysis, inspection, supervision, or construction project management; * Ability to prepare technical opinions and reports. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with industrial kitchens, public equipment, or socially impactful projects; * Knowledge of projects with sanitary requirements and infrastructure specifications. **Important:** Interested candidates are requested to indicate their **expected remuneration for participation in this project**, considering the scope described and the demand-based engagement model.
