Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and technical Accounting Analyst to handle financial closing, financial analysis, and decision-making support, aiming to ensure high-quality internal processes and client service. Contribution to tax planning and continuous improvement We are looking for an **Accounting Analyst** to work strategically and technically on financial closing, financial information analysis, and decision-making support, contributing to the quality of the company’s and clients’ accounting processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform and ensure the **monthly financial closing** * Review accounting entries and classifications * Prepare **financial statements** * Calculate taxes * Fulfill **ancillary tax obligations** * Analyze accounting and financial indicators * Support **decision-making** based on accounting data * Contribute to **tax planning** * Suggest improvements to accounting processes * Work with technical autonomy while maintaining alignment with internal processes **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Accounting** * Proficiency in: * Financial closing * Financial statements * Ancillary tax obligations * Knowledge of tax legislation and routines * Driver's license category **B**, for occasional client visits **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical mindset * Autonomy and sense of responsibility * Organization and attention to delivery quality * Strong communication skills * Resilience to manage concurrent routines and demands * Respect for internal processes * Commitment to results and continuous improvement Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.900,00 – R$3.300,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Fuel allowance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Relocation/mobility requirement: * Fortaleza, CE: Relocate or move to the job location prior to starting work (Mandatory) Experience: * Financial closing, financial statements, and ancillary tax obligations (Mandatory)
