Configure and install printers and scanners, verifying installation location and appropriate specifications; 2\. Configure and install computers; 3\. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT-related equipment; 4\. Open service tickets with third-party vendors for equipment maintenance and track those tickets; 5\. Create users in Active Directory (AD) according to established policies; 6\. Monitor the organization and control of infrastructure equipment; 7\. Provide telephone support and triage service requests. Requirements Minimum education level Completed high school (2nd degree) Other requirements Technical education completed in fields related to Information Technology is required.
