This accolade is not just an award; it’s a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation, inspiring you to be a part of our journey! **What's in it for you?** * Competitive Compensation \& Benefits Plan * Defined Contribution Plan with additional company match – Automatic company contribution to a top quartile retirement savings plan with more incentives to match * Flexible Working Hours * Employee Assistance Program with free access to health and wellness coaches * Continuous Learning Culture – We believe in Upskilling \& Internal Promotions! **Supplier Development Engineer** **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- ### **Supplier Development and Management** * Develop new suppliers and conduct technical, risk, and cost analyses. * Plan and execute APQP, PPAP (Level 5\), and capability studies. * Perform process and system audits (VDA 6\.3, CQI’s, Toyota Welding) and validate corrective actions. * Manage and control tooling; approve fixtures; lead supplier Kick\-Off meetings. ### **Launch and Project Management** * Collaborate with Engineering on source selection and definition of technical assumptions. * Utilize corporate tools such as Launch Calendar, Launch Excellence, and SQA Workbook. ### **Performance and Metrics** * Consolidate, publish, and present IQF to suppliers and internal teams. * Conduct Monthly Supplier Forums and coordinate QIPs, ensuring effective systemic actions. * Create and standardize processes for continuous improvement, efficiency, and achievement of operational targets. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ ### **Technical Experience** * Core Tools: *APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, and MASP*. * IMDS and MDS System. * Manufacturing processes, such as: Metalworking, Automotive Special Processes, Textiles, Chemical, Plastics. ### **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in major Automotive CSR standards: Toyota, VW Group, and GM. * Preferred: Honda and Hyundai CSR. * IATF 16949\ certification. * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, preferably TPS, Six Sigma, or DMAIC. **Education:** ------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Desired Profile** ------------------- * Strong analytical skills and systemic vision. * Good communication and ability to influence suppliers. * Proactive problem-solving and structured improvement leadership. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy in managing multiple projects.
