Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for researching trends, developing product proposals, preparing technical specifications, monitoring pilot garment samples, and ensuring consistency between concept and production. Pilot sample review and creative solutions **Location:** Blumenau (Badenfurt) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM or 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Research trends and references; select fabrics, trims, and materials suitable for each client/brand profile. * Create and develop product proposals based on *briefings*, in collaboration with Development and Engineering teams. * Prepare and review product technical specifications jointly with the technical team. * Monitor and participate in pilot garment sample reviews, proposing creative solutions for technical and aesthetic adjustments until final approval. * Ensure consistency among concept, technical feasibility, quality standards, and company production processes. * Support the team in monitoring and meeting development schedules. **Requirements to Apply:** * Knowledge of product development and garment manufacturing processes; * Ability to read and prepare technical specifications and technical drawings; * Familiarity with fabrics, trims, and finishes; * Proficiency in design tools (Corel, Illustrator, Photoshop); * Creativity combined with technical and commercial awareness; * Organizational skills and attention to deadlines; * Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills; * Focus on quality and production feasibility. * Completed undergraduate degree in Fashion, Design, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specialization in Product Development or Apparel Engineering. **What the Company Offers:** * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * On-site cafeteria; * Health plan (Nossa Saúde); * Dental plan (UniOdonto); * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Childcare allowance; * Pharmacy benefit; * Internal recruitment; * Various partnership agreements; * *Day-off* (a day off on your birthday); * And more.
