The professional will act proactively by monitoring the movement of customers, employees, and merchandise to prevent thefts, robberies, and other irregularities within the store. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor customer and employee entry and exit; * Prevent product theft and losses; * Monitor suspicious movements; * Support the security team in conflict or emergency situations; * Conduct internal store patrols; * Control access to restricted areas; * Safeguard company assets. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Prior experience in this role or in security/surveillance is preferred; * Attention to detail, proactivity, and ethical conduct; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with the public.
