If you are ready to make an impact, join our team! ### **The professional will be responsible for integrating technical, commercial, and operational departments, qualifying opportunities, proposing infrastructure and cloud solutions, supporting sales, ensuring alignment in project delivery, and maintaining strategic customer relationships.** ### **Your responsibilities will include:** * ### **Advocate the technical solution with the customer.** * ### **Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to prioritize and qualify technical proposals and delivery.** * ### **Support the Sales team in achieving sales targets while adhering to the company’s business rules.** * ### **Qualify business opportunities generated by Account Managers and propose the optimal technical solution for each case.** * ### **Conduct proposal presentation meetings for technical scope validation.** * ### **Serve as the integration liaison between the Commercial and Operations teams.** * ### **Consistently pursue the most suitable solution for each customer’s specific needs.** * ### **Maintain a holistic view of solution possibilities across multiple clouds.** * ### **Manage the issuance of technical/commercial proposals.** * ### **Maintain ongoing alignment with the Operations team to ensure cross-departmental alignment in project delivery.** * ### **Build and sustain efficient, strategic, and consultative long-term relationships, ensuring high levels of executive or senior management customer satisfaction.** ### **Experience and/or Knowledge Requirements:** * ### **Knowledge of Public, Private, Hybrid Clouds, and Data Center services** * ### **Knowledge of Data Center and Hybrid Cloud infrastructure architecture** * ### **Experience in public cloud architecture and technologies such as: Kubernetes, Microservices, Serverless, VMware, Cybersecurity, Firewalls, Storage, and Networking** * ### **Networking experience and experience serving IT departments of large enterprises** * ### **Certifications in public clouds, Networking, VMware, and related areas are preferred.** * ### **Advanced Office proficiency;** ### **Language:** * ### **English language proficiency – Preferred** ### **Benefits offered:** * ### **Meal and/or food allowance** * ### **Medical and dental assistance – SulAmérica** * ### **RSU: (Restricted Stock Units \- USD 5,000 annually, with one-third vested each year)** * ### **Life insurance** * ### **Wellhub** * ### **Reimbursement for English courses** * ### **Childcare allowance** * ### **Lyra (Employee Assistance Program)** * ### **Pharmacy discount: SulAmérica and Vidalink** * ### **Profit Sharing Plan (PLR)** * ### **And others.** ### **\#LI\-VG1**
