Engagement with the audience **JOB: SOCIAL MEDIA – LAW FIRM** * **Location:** Downtown, Foz do Iguaçu/PR * **Work Model:** On-site * **Working Hours:** 8 hours per day * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * **Remuneration:** BRL 2,500.00 (total amount, already including meal allowance equivalent to VA + VT) * **Bonus:** Performance-based and results-driven, variable **About the Position:** A law firm seeks a creative, organized, and communicative Social Media professional to manage social media accounts, produce content, and promote the firm’s legal services and mentorship programs. The role involves close collaboration with the internal team, with emphasis on enhancing digital presence and audience engagement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning, creating, and organizing social media content (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other platforms) * Scheduling and publishing posts, stories, reels, and announcements * Engaging with followers: responding to messages, comments, and direct messages * Promoting mentorship programs, classes, events, and institutional content * Organizing digital assets (graphics, videos, texts, and captions) * Sending campaigns and announcements via WhatsApp * Monitoring basic metrics (reach, engagement, views) * Supporting administrative marketing tasks **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, or related fields * Prior experience or practical exposure to social media management (personal portfolio accepted) * Strong written communication skills and creativity * Organizational skills and responsibility regarding deadlines * Proficiency with digital tools Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Marketing, Bachelor's Degree * Advertising and Public Relations, Bachelor's Degree * Law, Bachelor's Degree Transportation Allowance
