Shall we grow together? **Your main responsibilities:** **Responsibilities:** * Assist in order picking, verification, packaging, and shipment of goods * Support warehouse and shipping area organization * Verify quantities, labels, and orders prior to dispatch * Support control of product inbound and outbound flows * Maintain sector organization, cleanliness, and proper operation * Support operational demands related to logistics and shipping **Education:** * Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education **Experience:** * Prior experience in shipping, logistics, inventory, or operational areas is a plus **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Commitment to deadlines and operational routines * Availability to work occasional Saturdays **Other Requirements:** * Proactivity * Team spirit * Seriousness and focus * Ethics and respect * Punctuality **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$ 28.00 (per day) * Health insurance plan * Discounts on products and services Salary: R$1.300,00 \- R$1.825,00 per month Benefits: * Health assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
