Job Summary: Lead and inspire teams, supervise shifts to ensure order quality and efficiency, and support the restaurant's operational and financial management. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the restaurant's operational and financial management. **Supervise shifts:** monitor production, sales, and ensure agility and quality for each order. **Lead and inspire the team:** guide, motivate, and ensure the best experience for customers. **Monitor financial results:** track sales, manage cash handling, and support cost and labor management. **Support operational activities:** when necessary, work hands-on alongside the team. **Organize restaurant routines:** opening, closing, daily reconciliations, and alignment meetings. **Ensure compliance:** uphold internal policies and labor laws. **Develop talent:** train, guide, and contribute to team growth.
