We combine people and technology to orchestrate and accelerate our deliveries. **Our credit is not just a number—it’s a strong, genuine relationship.** ### **About the opportunity:** The Senior Salesforce Developer works within BV's Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) as a technical reference for evolving the Salesforce CRM ecosystem, operating in a cross-squad model. This role is responsible for ensuring that developed solutions comply with Reference Architecture guidelines, platform governance, security, quality, and development best practices. This position involves strong consultative and technical engagement—from solution definition through implementation, validation, promotion across environments, and production support—contributing to the continuous evolution of the Salesforce platform and its development processes. We seek a professional who will serve as the internal Salesforce technical reference for initiatives under their responsibility, ensuring implemented solutions meet business requirements with technical excellence, security, quality, scalability, and adherence to the governance and corporate architecture defined by BV’s Salesforce CoE. ### **Key Responsibilities:** Solution Development and Architecture: * Develop Salesforce functionality using both declarative and programmatic platform features. * Implement solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, and other capabilities of the Salesforce ecosystem. * Participate in defining and reviewing technical solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards established by the Salesforce CoE. * Contribute to the evolution of the Reference Architecture by promoting corporate best practices and standards. * Perform data modeling—including objects, relationships, and system integrations. * Support technical design discussions with functional teams, architects, and business squads. Software Quality and Engineering: * Ensure technical quality of developed solutions by applying software engineering best practices. * Apply development principles such as SOLID, KISS, DRY, Clean Code, Object-Oriented Programming, and Design Patterns. * Develop unit tests and ensure adequate test coverage for implemented components. * Conduct comprehensive validations of solutions before promoting them to subsequent environments. * Promote a culture of secure development and continuous quality within squads. DevOps and Delivery Governance: * Ensure correct use of code versioning and branch management processes. * Guarantee synchronization among repositories, sandboxes, and development environments. * Resolve versioning and integration conflicts across teams and delivery pipelines. * Execute and monitor CI/CD processes using corporate pipelines. * Monitor and address findings generated by quality and security tools, including: * Jenkins * GitHub Actions * SonarQube * Veracode * SourceClear Scan * Support and lead code promotions across Development, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and Production environments. Integrations and Platform: * Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. * Support initiatives involving Cloud-to-Cloud architectures and distributed solutions. * Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of implemented integrations. * Analyze and resolve incidents related to Salesforce solutions. Work within the Salesforce CoE: * Serve as a technical reference for developers and analysts across squads. * Participate in architecture forums and technical solution reviews. * Guide teams in adopting Salesforce development best practices. * Support technical refinement, estimation, and implementation approach definitions. * Contribute to the standardization and continuous evolution of the Salesforce platform at BV.
