Everyone is welcome!** **\#JoinEuro \#WeAreEurofarma \#EurofarmaGroup** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Product Launches: Lead the Go\-to\-Market strategy for new molecules or line extensions, from pricing positioning through sales force training. * P\&L Management: Manage the marketing (A\&P) budget and ensure ROI for campaigns and events. * Strategic Management: Develop and execute the Annual Marketing Plan (Brand Plan), focused on market share growth and profitability. * Market Intelligence: Analyze audit data (IQVIA, Close\-up) to identify opportunities, threats, and prescription trends. * Scientific Engagement: Collaborate with the Medical Affairs team (MSLs) to build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). * Omnichannel: Design digital journeys and multichannel strategies targeting physicians, pharmacists, and patients. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Postgraduate degree preferred; * Advanced/Fluent English required; * Advanced proficiency in pharmaceutical audit tools (IQVIA/DDD/PMB); * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** **At Eurofarma, we value and support our people throughout their entire journey!
