WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Ensure service delivery to partners and customers, providing support to the Central-West and Northern regions of Brazil. * Conduct critical analysis of operational data and performance indicators, focusing on identifying deviations, improvement opportunities, and generating insights for decision-making. * Develop dashboards, reports, and monitoring tools to support management and strategic planning. * Assist in budget and contract management, ensuring control and efficiency throughout processes. * Develop, deploy, and monitor action plans based on evidence and results. * Support operational areas in problem resolution by structuring data-driven solutions. * Interface with corporate departments and CSZ to ensure alignment, standardization, and process agility. WHAT WE NEED: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; * Residency in Belo Horizonte or its metropolitan region. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in operational routines; * Knowledge of KPIs; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills; * Analytical profile; * Organizational skills; * Strong communication skills and results orientation; * Valid Class B driver's license; * Willingness to travel.
