RESPONSIBILITIES: · Lead IT projects (infrastructure, systems, support, and data); · Support strategic planning for the department; · Ensure system performance, security, and availability; · Monitor IT vendors, contracts, and projects; · Implement and integrate corporate and logistics solutions; · Track KPIs, SLAs, and business metrics.
