Operation and evolution of software delivery tools **Job Description:** **Main Responsibilities:** Evolution and dissemination of DevSecOps culture across the company; Development and maintenance of delivery processes (pipelines); Operation and evolution of tools involved in the software delivery process; Identification of continuous improvements related to performance, security, and operational efficiency; Understanding team challenges, collecting feedback, and proposing improvement opportunities; Maintenance and evolution of the Backstage tool; Ensuring CI/CD pipelines that increase development team productivity and mitigate deployment risks; **Requirements:** **Required Qualifications:** Experience with DevSecOps practices and agile methodologies; Experience building pipelines (Azure DevOps); Experience with CI/CD orchestration tools (Azure DevOps); Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems; Experience with containerized systems; Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and best practices (Terraform and Helm); Experience with code versioning tools (GitHub, GitLab, etc.); Experience administering and provisioning resources on public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure); Experience with Code Quality/Quality Gate tools such as SonarCloud, Snyk, Gitleaks, or similar; Knowledge of API integrations; Knowledge of the Backstage tool; Knowledge of programming languages or automation tools; Knowledge of test automation processes; **Benefits:** * Health insurance (Sulamérica) * Dental insurance (Amil) * Life insurance * Meal allowance (Pluxee)
