




Job Description GR Solar Energia is looking for a proactive SDR - Sales Development Representative with experience in prospecting and phone sales. This professional will be responsible for attracting and qualifying potential customers, using cold calling strategies, email prospecting, and social selling to feed the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making the first contact with potential leads, identifying opportunities, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team. We are looking for someone with a dynamic profile, strong communication skills, and focused on results. Responsibilities * Make daily cold calls to prospect new customers; * Conduct prospecting via email and social media (social selling) to generate new opportunities; * Qualify leads according to the ideal customer profile (ICP); * Make initial contact with potential customers, understanding their preliminary needs; * Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team (closers); * Maintain and update the CRM with all lead interactions and information; * Execute contact cadence strategies with regular follow-ups; * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns; * Strategically handle initial objections, preparing leads for closing; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and report results to management. Prerequisites * Previous experience in pre-sales, SDR, active prospecting, or phone sales; * Experience in phone prospecting, cold calls, and social selling strategies; * Knowledge of sales funnels and lead qualification; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to handle objections and overcome initial resistance; * Experience with CRM and sales automation tools; * Dynamic, organized, and results-oriented profile.
