Description

Main responsibilities: * Quote and negotiate automotive parts and prices with suppliers; * Provide customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, Upchat, and in-person visits, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and accuracy of information; * Proactively acquire new customers to expand the client portfolio and service opportunities; * Implement initiatives to increase the customer base and strengthen commercial relationships; * Accompany customers throughout the entire process, providing support from initial contact through to service completion at the store; * Update and manage tracking spreadsheets and reports; * Ensure smooth execution of processes from initiation to completion and payment receipt. Requirements: * Preferred: Prior experience in sales or commercial support; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer and spreadsheet knowledge.
