**Restaurant Attendant** The Restaurant Attendant is the professional responsible for direct customer service, dining room organization, and operational support for the wine bar, ensuring a courteous, efficient, and brand-standard-aligned customer experience as established by the franchisor. It is the attendant’s responsibility to perform dining room operational tasks, assist in organizing operations before, during, and after business hours, and contribute to cleaning, maintenance, and overall presentation of the premises. **Customer Service and Experience** * Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism; * Explain the establishment’s operations, menu, products, and services; * Perform suggestive selling of products; * Assist customers throughout their entire experience on-site; * Collect and communicate any customer complaints, suggestions, or needs; * Manage waiting lines and table organization; * Assist in reservation control and customer flow management; * Retrieve and deliver products to tables and customers; * Ensure service standards align with management and franchisor guidelines. **Operational Organization** * Conduct opening and closing procedures; * Perform dining room “side works”, including: * cutlery sorting; * napkin folding; * utensil organization; * replenishment of operational supplies; * Organize menus, packaging, disposables, and dining room utensils; * Assist in controlling breakages, complimentary items, and vouchers; * Support the team during peak operational periods. **Cleaning and Maintenance** * Clean and organize tables, chairs, and common areas; * Collect garbage and properly dispose of waste; * Assist in cleaning and maintaining indoor areas, outdoor areas, and restrooms; * Ensure cleanliness and organization before, during, and after operational closure; * Maintain dining room utensils, equipment, and furniture; * Assist in organizing and cleaning the dining room and bar inventory. **Professional Profile** To perform the role of Restaurant Attendant, the professional is expected to possess: * Strong communication skills and courtesy; * Agility and organizational ability; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Professional demeanor and personal presentation; * Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment; * Focus on customer service and experience. **Work Schedule** * On-site, full-time employment; * Rotating schedule according to restaurant operational needs; * Work on weekends and holidays. **Desirable Qualifications** * Prior experience in restaurants, bars, cafés, or public-facing roles; * Basic knowledge of wines and beverages is considered a plus; * Proficiency with point-of-sale and dining room operation systems; * Completed high school education (preferred).
