We seek professionals motivated by challenges, with a strong business focus and oriented toward identifying opportunities and solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct high-volume interviews; * Post job openings on recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, InfoJobs, and Gupy); * Perform and monitor resume screening; * Promote job openings; * Schedule interviews with candidates; * Manage hiring demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience and interest in Recruitment & Selection; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred. **Additional Information** * Salary: To be negotiated; * Transportation Allowance / Meal Allowance: (BRL 34.10 per working day); * Life Insurance; * SESC Membership Card; * Gym Benefit; * Health Plan. * Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday * On-site work in the southern zone of Porto Alegre The **Villela Group** is the leader in the Brazilian market for business recovery and corporate consulting, having served over **100\.000 companies**.
