Conduct hotel and event facility orientations for walk-in, long-stay, and/or corporate guests, while executing sales and reservations. **Required Competencies:** Organization, teamwork, agility, communication, friendliness, and hospitality. **Required Knowledge:** Experience in customer service. **Additional Information:** Perform guest check-in and check-out according to internal procedures. Serve guests in person, by phone, email, or other digital channels. Provide information regarding hotel services, operating hours, rates, and local amenities. Record and verify guest account charges (consumptions, room nights, fees). Verify reservations and update hospitality systems. Process billing and issue documents via hotel portals (B2B, Omnibees, etc.). Assist in promptly and courteously resolving requests, complaints, and unexpected issues. Maintain organization and control of documents and keys. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal policies, and service standards. Facilitate communication between guests and other hotel departments (housekeeping, restaurant, maintenance, etc.).
