An environment that values proactivity and professionalism **Responsibilities**: * **Public Service**: Greet customers and visitors courteously and professionally, providing information about the company, services, and procedures. * **Telephone Call Management**: Answer and forward telephone calls, take messages when necessary, and route calls to appropriate departments. * **Schedule Control**: Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments, meetings, and visits for managers or company staff. * **Organization and Administration**: Assist with document organization, filing, and management of correspondence and packages. * **Entry/Exit Control**: Manage access for visitors, customers, and suppliers, registering entries and exits to ensure security and proper flow of people in the premises.
