Development of communication skills **RECEPTION INTERNSHIP** **Job Description:** Main Responsibilities: • Attend patients in person; • Schedule, reschedule, cancel, and clarify doubts regarding medical/dental consultations and examinations; • Offer/sell additional services (monthly campaigns); • Conduct post-consultation patient reception and outreach; • Organize clinics (restocking supplies); • File medical records; • And other related customer service activities. **Requirements:** Prerequisites: • Ability to interact comfortably with the public via telephone/in person. • Strong communication skills. Education: Currently enrolled in High School Technical Program in Administration or Secretarial Studies.
