Support the opening, registration, and tracking of packaging and logistics operations non-conformities, assisting in evidence collection, corrective action monitoring, and adherence to established deadlines. Support and conduct internal audit stages across operations per manager instructions, including evidence verification, checklist completion, and finding documentation—ensuring alignment with the audit plan and applicable standards. Assist in updating SGI unit indicators by consolidating data, verifying information, and preparing reports under team guidance. Collaborate on creation, revision, and control of SGI documents, following defined templates and standards, ensuring they remain updated on internal platforms. Support planning and dissemination of internal communications regarding process changes in coordination with related departments using internal communication tools to ensure information reaches the intended audience. Contribute to delivering in-person, recorded, remote, and hands-on training sessions, aiming for effective content absorption and practical application of defined quality and environmental standards. Monitor control items using spreadsheets, quality systems, and tools to identify deviations from process compliance. Perform inspections for receiving, storage, and dispatch. EXPECTATIONS REGARDING YOUR PROFILE Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Quality, or related fields.
