Job Summary:
A professional responsible for monitoring and supervising the application of technical standards, organizing the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), qualifying the company, controlling documents, implementing quality guidelines, and coordinating the QMS.

Monitor and supervise the company's application of technical standards;
Organize and manage the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) at construction sites;
Prepare and develop documents required for company qualification with clients;
Manage company documents and records, and review processes and workflows;
Implement company guidelines regarding quality initiatives;
Promote the implementation, maintenance, and continuous updating of procedures and processes established within the QMS – Quality Management System, technical standards, and internal policies, covering development, execution, and monitoring phases at construction sites;
Plan and conduct internal audits, and monitor external quality audits to assess compliance with the management system’s policy and procedures;
Contribute to developing awareness campaigns targeting internal and external stakeholders;
Collaborate with other departments/sites by providing technical support, consultation, and assistance to ensure QMS compliance across construction sites and interfacing departments;
Ensure compliance with performance standards by supporting Engineering and Construction departments;
Coordinate and control the execution of action plans and processes established by management;
Oversee, monitor, and control programs, processes, standards, and legislation related to quality, health, and social responsibility systems;
Provide guidelines to all company departments concerning standardization of existing and required procedures under the Integrated Management System (IMS);
Train and monitor facilitator employees involved in activities related to the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System across various company departments.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate studies are desirable;
Experience in Sanitation projects will be considered an advantage.
It is essential that the candidate resides in the city or surrounding region due to the requirement for 100% on-site work and daily attendance;
Proven experience in the requested requirements and within the Civil Construction sector is mandatory.
