PURCHASING ASSISTANT

Description

The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for supporting the acquisition cycle of products or services. This includes activities ranging from supplier research and price quotation to delivery tracking and invoice verification. The primary objective is to **optimize costs without compromising quality.** **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Experience in the civil construction sector; * Procurement processes (quotation, technical and commercial equalization, negotiation, and purchase order issuance); * Contract management (drafting, analysis, deadline monitoring, and addenda); * ERP system usage (Informakon \- preferred); * Supplier registration and qualification; * Analytical ability to compare proposals; * Basic negotiation skills focused on cost, delivery time, and quality; * Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration (engineering, finance, legal); Discipline to follow internal processes and policies. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct quotations and service requests with suppliers; * Prepare comparative analysis reports (technical and commercial equalization); * Support negotiations with suppliers to secure better pricing, delivery terms, and quality; * Issue and track purchase orders in the system; * Support registration and qualification of new suppliers; * Monitor contractual deadlines (start date, expiration, price adjustments, and renewals); * Liaise with the legal department for contract validation; * Support resolution of discrepancies among purchase orders, contracts, and invoicing; * Ensure compliance with internal policies; * Assist in monitoring departmental KPIs (delivery lead time, cost savings, supplier performance); * Provide support to construction sites/internal departments regarding purchasing and contract-related queries; * Support document and process organization for audits; * Contribute to continuous improvement of supply chain processes; **BENEFITS:** * Food Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Voucher;
