Job Summary: Support quotation and negotiation of construction materials, place orders, develop suppliers, and maintain updated records. Key Highlights: 1. Support in material quotation and negotiation 2. Order placement and delivery tracking 3. Supplier development and supply analysis **Responsibilities:** Support quotation and negotiation; prepare budgets for construction materials (basic and finishing) and specific items; Place orders and issue purchase orders via system; track delivery status (follow-up); Develop suppliers and conduct supply analysis; Maintain updated Excel spreadsheets and quotation maps; Other duties related to the role; **Requirements:** Higher education (in progress) or technical course preferred; Proficiency in Excel.
