Job Summary: Work externally to generate leads and internally to convert them, promoting educational services and guiding prospective students. Key Highlights: 1. Lead generation and conversion 2. Educational support and guidance for prospective students As a Promoter, your responsibilities will include: Main Activities: External activities focused on lead generation around campus locations, following a pre-established route. Internal activities involving database consultation of Cruzeiro do Sul to approach leads for conversion into enrollments. Responsibilities: Promote the institution's educational products and services to a diverse audience. Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities. Provide educational support and guidance to prospective students at campuses. Assess students' interests, skills, and goals, recommending suitable courses and careers. Provide detailed information about courses, programs, and admission processes. Answer questions from prospective students and their families. Record and upload collected data into the Umove research system, ensuring data updates and follow-up. Collaborate with team members to achieve established goals and objectives. Demonstrate proficiency with technology and digital communication and management tools. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a Promoter; * Proficiency with research reporting systems; * Commitment to work; * Attention to detail, maintaining care for materials and uniform; * Punctuality; * Strong communication skills. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
