The role's challenge is to ensure accurate and integrated projects through critical analysis, technical standardization, and support for construction execution, guaranteeing compliance, efficiency, and resource optimization. * ️**Working Hours:** 08:00 to 18:00 with 1:12 lunch break / Compensatory Saturday ️ Meal Allowance / Food Voucher – support for your daily meals Christmas Basket – a special gesture at year-end Health Insurance Plan – comprehensive care for you Dental Insurance Plan – always-up-to-date oral health ️ Life Insurance (at no cost) – protection for you and your family Transportation Voucher – convenience for your daily commute Medication Assistance – financial support for treatments and prescriptions ️ Wellhub – access to gyms and physical activities Pluxee Cuida – psychological, social, nutritional support and consulting services Private Pension Plan – with 100% employer contribution Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct technical studies applied to the development of sanitation and infrastructure projects * Prepare and organize technical documents, data, and information related to projects * Contribute to technical decisions and analysis of project specifications * Validate technical assumptions used in the development of multidisciplinary projects * Participate in technical discussions with project and construction teams * Analyze technical solutions, construction methods, and engineering alternatives * Perform critical analyses of projects, verifying interdisciplinary compatibility * Evaluate technical specifications of materials, equipment, and adopted solutions * Gather and consolidate technical data required for project development * Develop and balance reference and execution budgets for construction works * Analyze technical documents for service contracting and procurement * Verify technical compliance of proposals and specifications received from suppliers * Provide technical oversight during construction execution, assessing conditions and conformity with project designs * Analyze performance of construction methods applied during execution * Serve as the technical interface between design and execution teams * Prepare technical progress reports for projects and construction works * Organize and maintain up-to-date technical document management * Support technical standardization and continuous improvement of engineering processes Requirements and Qualifications Education: Completed Bachelor’s Degree Fields: Civil Engineering * ️⃣ Experience in developing detailed construction projects for sanitation works * ️⃣ Knowledge in hydromechanics, electrical/automation, geotechnical, and structural disciplines * ️⃣ Experience in preparing and analyzing reference and execution budgets * ️⃣ Knowledge of sanitary treatment processes * ️⃣ Hands-on experience in sanitation and infrastructure construction projects * ️⃣ Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD * ️⃣ Familiarity with Civil 3D, Revit, and BIM methodology * ️⃣ Ability to critically analyze projects and technical documentation Desirable Requirements Education: Postgraduate Degree or MBA Fields: Project Management or related areas Apply Now Salary Range To be determined Employment Type CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Benefits Meal Allowance / Food Voucher; Christmas Basket; Health Insurance Plan; Dental Insurance Plan; Life Insurance (at no cost); Transportation Voucher; Medication Assistance; Wellhub; Pluxee Cuida; Private Pension Plan;
