Description
Lead the coordination and development of social and institutional projects, ensuring planning, implementation, monitoring, and strengthening of strategic partnerships to expand the organization's social impact.
**Key responsibilities:**
Plan, implement, and monitor the lifecycle of social and institutional projects
Coordinate teams of staff and volunteers involved in the institution's activities
Conduct calls for proposals mapping and prospect new strategic partners
Review and validate projects and resource mobilization proposals
Develop performance indicators (KPIs) and track social outcomes
Manage technical and financial reporting to funders
Monitor institutional activities and support events organized by the organization
**Requirements**
Completed undergraduate degree
Postgraduate degree in Project Management or related fields preferred
Previous experience in this role
Experience in the Third Sector preferred
Excellent verbal communication, technical writing, and negotiation skills
Strategic, organized profile with team leadership ability
**Work schedule**
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
