**Job Description** We are seeking a Project Analyst to monitor, develop, and control projects at Fazenda da Grama, ensuring quality, deadlines, and alignment with the development's excellence standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and control the development of technical and operational projects; * Prepare project status reports and presentations; * Support planning, scheduling, and execution of tasks; * Interface with internal departments and suppliers; * Ensure technical compliance and fulfillment of project requirements; * Propose process improvements and optimizations. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory); * Prior experience in project management or project monitoring; * Proficiency in planning tools (Excel, MS Project, or similar); * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in engineering, construction, or facilities projects; * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Scrum, or similar).
