Production Coordinator

**About the Position** We are seeking a **Production Coordinator** to lead production teams, ensure compliance with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**, and drive **productivity, efficiency, and quality**. This position requires technical insight, analytical capability, and a results-oriented mindset. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate handling and packaging activities, ensuring adherence to GMP and internal standards. * Approve and implement production processes, areas, and equipment. * Monitor key performance indicators for **efficiency, productivity, losses, rework, and costs**. * Oversee qualifications, validations, and Periodic Product Review (PPR). * Ensure control of manufacturing environments and support audits. * Collaborate with Production, Quality, and other departments on continuous improvement and training initiatives. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Production Engineering**. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry. * Knowledge of production processes, performance indicators, and GMP. **Expected Profile** * Leadership, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Strong results, quality, and continuous improvement orientation.
