? Job Description: * Receive demands, technical adjustment requests, and notifications issued by contract supervisors or managers from public or private clients; * Team management and allocation; * Distribute internal demands to the IT team, control work schedules, staff substitutions, and coverage for absences; * Fulfillment of Service Level Agreements; * Ensure performance metrics, delivery deadlines, and quality standards are strictly met; * Act as the focal point for escalation and resolution of critical issues; * Administrative interface: receive work orders, monitor measurements, certify execution for billing purposes, and assist in issuing invoices; * Disseminate client guidelines to the team. ? Requirements: * Experience in public contracts, contractual management, supervision, and acting as an authorized representative; * Experience in IT outsourcing or consulting for the public sector; * Knowledge of Law No. 14.133/2021 and its Normative Instructions (INs); * Knowledge of public contract management; * Formal writing and communication skills; knowledge of document control, social charges, and administrative routines. ? Education: * Completed undergraduate degree * Preferred: ITIL certification ?
