All selection processes conducted by **CS INFRA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Operate the front-end loader; Collect all debris from the factory cleaning area and direct it to the location designated by the client; Identify and report machine maintenance issues; Respond to client requests regarding machine operation in industrial areas; Perform tasks according to specifications and instructions from specific manuals and supervisors; Promptly attend to and assist immediate management; Carry out work systematically, adhering to safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and quality management systems; Continuously improve; Report for duty in uniform, clean-shaven, and appropriately dressed for the professional role; Remain updated and trained in the Quality Management System; Focus activities on achieving Quality Management System goals; Contribute to unit development by suggesting improvements, innovating, and pursuing constant updates; Carry out all activities in the most economically viable manner, aiming for customer satisfaction and positive business outcomes; Understand that the company's business development is directly linked to your personal development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed High School; * Availability to work flexible hours. **Additional Information** The traditional benefits you already know—we offer those too.
