CORA Talent is conducting a selection process for the position of **Operations Supervisor** in a structured corporate environment within the shopping center sector.
**Job Objective:**
Supervise, coordinate, and ensure excellence in security operations,
asset protection, fire prevention and suppression, and emergency management,
ensuring the safety of people, assets, and facilities of the shopping center
in compliance with applicable legislation and technical standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise outsourced security and civilian firefighting teams,
ensuring adherence to shift schedules, procedures, and internal standards;
* Coordinate preventive, control, and emergency response actions
(fire, evacuation, first aid, incidents, and accidents).
* Ensure compliance with AVCB (Certificate of Fire Prevention and Control), Fire Department regulations, NRs
(Regulatory Standards), and applicable legislation.
* Conduct periodic inspections of security and fire-fighting systems
(fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, sprinklers, emergency lighting).
* Develop, review, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and
emergency plans.
* Conduct training sessions, drills, and refresher courses for operational teams.
* Prepare incident reports, operational performance indicators, and continuous improvement plans.
* Collaborate closely with shopping center management, retailers,
service providers, and public authorities.
* Support crisis management and decision-making in high-risk situations.
Requirements:
Minimum education: Completed bachelor's degree (preferably in
Administration, Security, Management, or related fields).
* Proven knowledge of asset protection, loss prevention, and risk management.
* Proficiency in regulations and legislation: AVCB, Fire Department Technical Instructions (ITs), NR
23, NR 06, NR 33, and NR 35\.
* Prior experience in shopping centers, large-scale developments, or
high-foot-traffic environments.
* Intermediate computer skills (reporting, spreadsheets, and control systems).
* Preferred: Advanced First Aid, Crisis Management, Leadership, and Fire Brigade training courses.
Professional Experience
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset protection and/or
civilian firefighting.
* Demonstrated experience leading operational teams.
* Experience in environments with high public circulation.
