Opportunities for professional growth and development Position: **Nursing Technician** Location: Saco Grande \- Florianópolis/SC Company Sector: Investigative Medicine Clinic Employment Type: Permanent – CLT Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM–1:00 PM / 2:00 PM–7:00 PM (8 hours per day) Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (4 hours) Weekly Workload: 44 hours Work Model: On-site About the Position: We are looking for a Nursing Technician to reinforce our team and contribute to humanized, welcoming, and efficient patient care. The professional will support clinical procedures, welcome patients, and organize departmental routines. Main Responsibilities: * Welcome and attend to clinic patients; * Assist in procedures, sample collections, and technical routines; * Organize materials, examination rooms, and sterilization as needed; * Maintain up-to-date records and uphold safety and best nursing practices; * Monitor staff needs and patient flow; * Contribute to a welcoming, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff. Requirements: * Completed Nursing Technician qualification and active registration; * Welcoming, empathetic, and responsible demeanor; * Proactivity, organization, and strong communication skills; * Prior experience in a clinical setting. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: Category minimum wage R$ 3\.325,00 Hazard Pay: R$ 300.00 Benefits: * Meal allowance (Caju): R$ 500.00 * Mobility allowance (Caju): R$ 300.00 * Gym assistance: R$ 200.00 (after 3 months) * Health insurance (after 3 months) Career Development Plan: Professional development is based on performance, tenure, and supervisor evaluation.
