Positively impact the lives of thousands of Brazilians **Here, we cultivate!** * *Faithful and unrestricted adherence to clinical, operational, and administrative processes* * *Collaboration* * *Daily practice of integrity* * *Integration* * *Culture of sustainability* * *Respect for each individual's unique way of being and thinking* * *And, above all, a genuine appreciation for people* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform nursing procedures and provide patient care; * Record nursing notes in medical records with signature validation and official stamp, ensuring safety, quality, and treatment continuity; * Prepare reports and present basic statistics relevant to the department; * Maintain department organization and infection control bulletin boards; * Identify on patient charts the necessary information for patient identification, attending professional’s name, and procedures performed; * Conduct daily active chart reviews and case discussions with the responsible nurse; * Collect, store, compile, and disseminate data related to healthcare-associated infections; * Identify and propose solutions for outbreaks of nosocomial infections; * Provide clarification to patients and/or family members regarding performed activities, when required; * Report patient incidents to the nurse; * Adhere to the work schedule prepared by the staff nurse; * Perform other related tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. Nursing Technician course with active registration in the respective professional council. Prior experience in the field is desirable.
