We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team during the night shift. We seek a committed, agile, organized, and passionate professional dedicated to bread and bakery product production. Responsibilities: * Production of bread, doughs, and other bakery products; * Preparing, shaping, baking, and finishing products according to company standards; * Monitoring fermentation, baking, and product quality; * Organizing and cleaning the work area and equipment; * Managing ingredient expiration dates and storage; * Supporting overall bakery production. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Baker; * Knowledge of artisanal and traditional bread production; * Agility, responsibility, and commitment; * Availability to work night shifts; * Ability to work effectively in a team.
