We are seeking a **Mechanic Technician I** to join our **Maintenance** team at the **Pecém** terminal. If you seek a dynamic, collaborative, and safe work environment, this is the ideal opportunity! You will support maintenance activities for port equipment, contributing to smooth operations and ensuring everyone’s safety. Join a team that keeps our equipment in optimal condition and helps move the global economy! **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on port equipment, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with technical specifications. * Dismantle, replace, and reassemble mechanical and hydraulic components, as well as maintain air\-conditioning systems. * Conduct technical inspections, routine services (lubrication, re-tightening, filter changes, cleaning), and support more complex interventions. * Provide technical support to colleagues, participate in operational meetings, and contribute to the organization, traceability, and efficiency of maintenance activities. * Organize and care for tools, parts, and the workplace, ensuring traceability, order, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. * Move equipment and tools in accordance with safety regulations. * Complete work orders and technical reports for maintenance control and traceability. * Participate in shift meetings and support continuous improvement of maintenance activities. **What talent are we seeking?** * **Education:** Completed technical training in Mechanical Engineering and/or Electromechanical Engineering. * **Experience:** Experience supporting industrial or port equipment maintenance, performing basic maintenance tasks while adhering to safety procedures. * **Driver’s License:** Category B. * **Mandatory Certifications:** NR35 – Small Forklift Operator. * **Computer Skills:** Basic Microsoft Office suite. * **LEAN Mindset:** We seek someone with a strong continuous improvement mindset — naturally curious, committed to solving root causes, and motivated to make things better every day. **Behavioral Competencies:** * **Responsibility and Safety Orientation:** Strictly complies with safety, environmental, and procedural standards and best practices. * **Teamwork:** Collaborates effectively with colleagues and technicians, maintaining clear communication and a shared focus on collective results. * **Organization and Stewardship:** Maintains the workplace, tools, and equipment in good order and condition. * **Proactivity and Attention to Detail:** Demonstrates initiative in tasks and executes activities with precision and technical quality.
