Join our team and become part of a group that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Advanced Diagnostics: Identify faults in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems (e.g., electronic fuel injection, control modules) using original-brand diagnostic software and equipment, plus technical interpretation; * Diesel Engine Maintenance: Perform complete repairs, replace parts, adjust valves, and conduct performance tests on diesel-cycle engines; * Transmission and Braking Systems: Repair and test manual and automatic transmissions, braking systems (including ABS/EBS), and suspension and steering components; * Preventive Maintenance: Carry out oil, filter, and belt replacements and routine inspections according to the dealership’s maintenance plan; * Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems: Conduct repairs on hoses, cylinders, and compressed-air systems; * Technical Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of all service orders, replaced parts, and labor hours in the dealership’s system; complete manufacturer-required technical training. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum age of 18; * Completed high school education; * Technical qualification in Diesel Mechanics or related fields is preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Proven experience in heavy vehicle maintenance, preferably at dealerships; * Easy access to the Piracicaba/SP region. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
