Support to sales staff in cash closing and inventory management **Manager Opportunity – Fortaleza/CE \#1207** Employment Type: Permanent We are looking for a Manager to work at a beauty and retail unit, focusing on customer service, team management, and operational routines. **Responsibilities** * Customer service with emphasis on customer experience. * Team management: scheduling, absence and medical certificate control. * Inventory management and order requests to headquarters. * Support to sales staff in cash closing. * **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role or similar positions. * Basic computer skills. * Completed high school education. **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 2\.600,00 * Meal Allowance: R$ 13.50/day * Transportation Allowance * Bonus for goal achievement **Working Hours** From 2 PM to 8 PM * Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Location: Fortaleza/CE (Rio Mar Shopping) Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
