Job Summary: Responsible for managing the sector, ensuring achievement of targets, promoting continuous improvement, training teams, and guaranteeing compliance with regulations and procedures. Team development and efficient communication (HORENSOU) **Work Schedule:** Second shift, Monday to Saturday, from 2:21 PM to 10:36 PM **Overtime Pay:** 100% on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays 50% from Monday to Friday. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Participate in and lead daily sector meetings * Execute tasks delegated by leadership responsibly, competently, and diligently * Conduct inventory monitoring * Cover absences and vacation periods as needed * Manage the sector to ensure compliance with regulations, procedures, and targets * Maintain indicators (KPIs) and sectoral dashboards up-to-date (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually) * Calculate, prepare, and update the sector's **Gentan-i** monthly * Periodically develop and review sector regulations, procedures, and manuals * Ensure safety, quality, and productivity through analysis of documents and processes * Promote and implement continuous improvement (**Kaizen**) * Apply concepts of the **TPS (Toyota Production System)** methodology * Record and track changes (**Henkaten**) * Analyze and respond to **RNCLs** within established deadlines * Define and implement effective countermeasures to resolve problems * Continuously work toward cost reduction * Ensure achievement of sector goals and objectives * Guarantee professional and courteous customer service * Manage the sector efficiently and effectively * Present sector results monthly to leadership and executive management **People Management** * Train and develop employees through technical and behavioral training * Ensure team safety and well-being * Guarantee compliance with internal regulations and policies * Practice efficient communication following the **HORENSOU** standard **Continuous Improvement and Processes** * Implement and maintain the **5S** program * Develop, present, and implement improvement suggestions (**Kaizen**) * Record and track safety suggestions (**Hiyari Hatto**) * Participate in training and encourage ongoing development * Pursue constant technical and behavioral improvement **Compliance and Regulations** * Strictly comply with Safety, Quality, Environmental, and administrative regulations * Adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct (C.O.C.E) * Act in accordance with the environmental management system and associated responsibilities * Use company equipment and resources with care and responsibility **Behavioral and Operational Requirements** * Punctuality and commitment to scheduled hours * Flexibility regarding working hours * Proactivity and results orientation * Organization and sense of responsibility * NR11 certification * Driver’s license category B * Reside in Salto/SP or Indaiatuba/SP Compensation: R$2.800,00 - R$3.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (preferred) Experience: * Leadership experience (preferred) Work Location: On-site
