Laser Machine Programmer

Description

We are seeking a Laser Machine Programmer to work at a renowned machining company in Curitiba/PR. § Program the laser cutting machine according to technical drawings and project specifications. § Define, parameterize, and optimize process variables, such as laser power, cutting speed, material type, and thickness. § Interpret technical drawings, CAD/CAM files, and production orders to determine the optimal cutting strategy. § Perform setup, fine-tuning, and calibration of the machine prior to production start. § Develop and adjust programs to maximize material utilization, reduce cutting time, and minimize waste. § Support machine operation by troubleshooting technical failures, programming errors, or process deviations. § Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify requirements for preventive and corrective maintenance. § Monitor and validate the quality of produced parts, ensuring dimensional conformity and compliance with required technical standards. **Requirements:** · Experience programming laser machines. · Solid technical knowledge of programming, adjustment, and operation of flat and tube laser cutting machines. · Basic SolidWorks skills. · Technical course in mechanical engineering or metallurgical fields is desirable. · ISO 9000 experience is a plus. **Benefits:** · Salary: R$ 4.000 · Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy · Meal voucher: R$230 · Dental plan · On-site meal **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:30.
