Key Responsibilities * **Customer Service:** Patient reception, registration, verification of health insurance requisitions, and quotations for private laboratory tests. * **Commercial Profile:** Identify opportunities to offer check-ups and complementary tests in a consultative manner. * **Sample Collection and Triage:** Collect biological samples (venous blood and secretions) and ensure proper triage of specimens for dispatch to the technical department. * **Organization:** Maintain a clean and orderly workplace and ensure inventory control of reception/collection supplies. ? Requirements * **Education:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Technical Program in Nursing, Clinical Pathology, Clinical Analysis, or related healthcare fields (a plus). * **Experience:** Prior experience in customer service or sales is desirable. * **Skills:** Good handwriting, fast typing, and proficiency with digital systems. ?
