Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze the fulfillment and compliance of quality monitoring activities (moisture, weight, reflectance, density, granulometry, external analyses, etc.); * Update procedures and work instructions, and enter records into Fluig or spreadsheets or quality reporting tools; * Ensure copy stations are updated according to documented information; * Monitor implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Storage Practices (GSP), as well as Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP); * Monitor industrial trials, raw material evaluations, and supplier validations; * Promote employee awareness and adoption of good production, manufacturing, and storage practices; * Conduct internal analyses and submit external analyses for water, liquid effluents, raw materials, finished products, and products received from customer service complaints; * Prepare reports for management review regarding quality requirements and monitoring; * Manage and address Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) using quality tools; * Conduct internal audits related to products or processes; * Conduct market audits and report findings to management; * Monitor and ensure calibration of measurement and testing equipment and devices; * Train quality control and factory operations teams; * Develop presentations and reports for management; * Perform quality monitoring analyses. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. **Required** * Prior experience in the role; * Availability to work Monday through Saturday; * Knowledge of Google Tools; * Knowledge of management tools. **Desirable** * Knowledge of SAP. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Transportation; * Meal Allowance; * Monthly Product Kit; * Telemedicine and Online Therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life Insurance; * Wellhub.
