**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking a professional to work as a Data Scientist, contributing to the development, validation, monitoring, documentation, and implementation of analytical solutions and data projects—from conception through ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement—using tools such as SQL, Python, and the Power Platform to support decision-making and meet business area needs. **Position:** Junior / Mid-Level Data Scientist **Compensation:** BRL 4,200.00 to BRL 5,300.00 per month + BRL 450.00 per month in Flexible Benefits **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Work Modality:** Hybrid **Benefits for CLT Employees:** **Health and Dental Insurance:** Bradesco, with no employee contribution or co-payment, extendable to direct dependents at differentiated rates; **Mobility Allowance:** BRL 200.00 per month or company-provided transportation; **Meal Voucher:** BRL 27.55 per working day; **AS2 Academy:** BRL 500.00 per year for training and certifications; And best of all, this benefits package grows alongside you and your career, tailored according to your position. **Flexible Benefits:** **Education Allowance:** BRL 350.00 per month; **Health / Well-being Allowance:** BRL 450.00 per month; **Culture Allowance:** BRL 100.00 per month; **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields; * Prior experience with anomaly detection algorithms and time-series analysis; * Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Python programming; * **Experience developing and maintaining applications, automations, and dashboards using the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.);** * Experience in Data Science projects, including: data cleaning, processing, and pre-processing using libraries such as NumPy and Pandas; * Development of Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and visualizations using Seaborn and Matplotlib; * Creation, training, and deployment of Machine Learning and Deep Learning models using tools such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch; * Strong technical and functional documentation skills, including knowledge registration, business rules, processes, and requirements. * Advanced English proficiency, with ability to communicate effectively—verbally and in writing—in an international professional environment **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of JavaScript programming applied to Node-RED; Experience with Databricks; Experience with **MES** and SAP systems; Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management using SCRUM; Data storytelling skills for strategic communication of insights and results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop dashboards, reports, and visual solutions using Power BI with high interactivity, performance, and usability; * Build and maintain data integration and transformation (ETL) processes, extracting information from diverse sources; * Perform relational and dimensional data modeling to create structures ensuring consistency and scalability; * Execute implementations based on high-fidelity UX/UI prototypes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to visual design and navigation specifications; * Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams, as well as external stakeholders and clients, to understand needs and translate them into effective solutions; * Participate in Agile ceremonies, actively contributing to continuous delivery and incremental improvements. **If this challenge excites you, join us!**
