**Position: Junior Assembler I** **Responsibilities:** * Assembly of electrical harnesses and panels * Quality control of products * Organization and cleaning of the work environment * Production records and timekeeping * Participation in continuous improvement of production processes **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite * Manual assembly skills and ability to follow technical procedures and instructions * Easy access to the Tamboré neighborhood – Barueri/SP **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic electrical knowledge * Ability to read technical drawings * Familiarity with measuring instruments (caliper, multimeter, torque wrench, etc.) * Experience in electrical assembly, crimping, and stripping **Company Offers:** Salary $1\.963,50 \+ Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance \+ Meal Voucher $30.00 per day \+ Food Allowance $180 per month \+ Retention Bonus $110 \+ Dental Care \+ Profit Sharing (PLR) \+ Life Insurance \+ Funeral Assistance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM\.
