In this role, you will serve as an Analytics Engineer at a financial services company, helping us understand one of Latin America’s largest banks and driving the evolution and development of new solutions—not only technically but across the entire Digital Transformation journey; **What we expect from you:** * Experience in data modeling and transformation for analytical purposes; * Advanced SQL for building, optimizing, and analyzing queries; * Python development for data manipulation and preparation; * Experience with AWS analytics services, especially Athena, S3, and Glue; * Building and maintaining analytical datasets and business metrics; * Knowledge of dimensional modeling and Data Warehouse concepts; * Developing and evolving dashboards and visualizations using QuickSight; * Understanding of data quality and governance practices; * Experience with code versioning and CI/CD processes. **Nice to have:** * Experience in financial institutions or payment systems; * Knowledge of digital product, channel, and customer experience metrics; * Experience in large-scale data environments; * Knowledge of Data Products and Analytics Engineering; * Experience defining and monitoring KPIs and executive metrics. **Competencies we value:** * Analytical ability and business acumen; * Autonomy to manage medium-complexity deliverables; * Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology teams; * Clear communication to translate business needs into data solutions; * Curiosity, continuous learning, and collaboration.
