Collaborate on operational routines and internal events **JOB ID 2473** **Location**: Iguatemi – São José do Rio Preto/SP **Schedule**: Mon–Sat | 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Stipend**: R$ 1,000.00 **Benefits**: Full Transportation Allowance + Meal Allowance R$ 510.00 **Primary Role: Customer Service Assistant** \* Assist customers in food service areas; \* Support restaurant, convenience store, and other service point operations; \* Assist with organizing, restocking, and replenishing products, utensils, and materials; \* Assist in setting up and organizing internal events; \* Support service during breakfast and other events; \* Assist in checking and organizing materials used by the department; \* Collaborate on customer service department’s operational routines; \* Provide support for other activities relevant to the department; \* Contribute to high-quality customer service; \* Maintain organization of the internship environment. **Requirements:** \* Be communicative, proactive, organized, and responsible; \* Interest in learning and professional development; \* Strong communication skills and ease in public interaction; \* Commitment, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team; \* Agility and willingness to perform departmental routine tasks.
