Job Summary: Service Sales Representative responsible for active prospecting, customer service, contact management, meeting scheduling, and contract closing, aiming to achieve targets. Position: Service Sales Representative Responsibilities: Active prospecting of customers for service sales; Customer service and guidance regarding offered services; Efficient management and routing of telephone calls and e\-mails; Scheduling of meetings and business appointments; Maintenance and updating of contact and negotiation records in the system; Lead tracking and closing of strategic contracts; Collaboration with the team to achieve established goals. Technical Requirements: Completed high school education (ongoing higher education is a plus); Sales experience, preferably in the legal or service sector; Basic computer and CRM system knowledge; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Negotiation and persuasion skills; Proactivity, organization, and results orientation. Desired Skills: Outstanding customer service; Ability to work effectively in a team; Strong interpersonal relationship skills; Ability to handle objections and close sales; Resilience and adaptability.
